I'm curious about your decision to have walls around the park/plaza section. Also, where did your water and rock feature go to?! We seem to have a path that leads into a wall now.

You've done great work making decisions and explaining your process this entire project! Great work & keep it up.

I really enjoy your park and the idea of having a center area. You did such rich vivid research, that I wish was a little more incorporated into your final design. It's much easier said than done, but I would encourage you to build up and don't be afraid to think outside the box! Great job.

It looks like there would be an entry way that is blocked by a wall. I'm reminded of Richard Serra's "Tilted Arc" sculpture. This sculpture was simply a large metal wall that cut through a plaza and made everyone have to walk around it. It make people angry, but very aware of their position in a space. It was both successful and unsuccessful in all of the right ways! I'm interested if you had a similar idea for your park.

I have a hunch that what makes this photo interesting to you is the idea of layered greenery, where nature meets architecture. Maybe your final design could have explored a multi-layered green space like this!

The amount of research that went into your project really shows. I really like that you took so much time to look up a variety of elements to include in your design. This shows how thorough you were with your work.

I think the light poles are distracting the park itself. I don't think you need that much of light poles to provide lighting during the night time.

The layout looks cool but because of the Vegas sun it is wise to put at least one shade structure in or trees that would provide more shade for the center area.

The park is very simple but it works. You have open space for people to enjoy and hang out at the park. I'm not sure how much shading will be there since the trees are quite a distance from the main vocal point but it's a great design. I like how people would be able to interact with one another around the fountain.

I can see that the long journey was definitely worth it :)

Wonderful representation and views of different aspects of the park. Can easily see what elements of a park you admire and will probably integrate into your project.
