Paley Park
Paley Park is one of the most popular and
well known pocket parks in all of New York
City. This park is located on 53rd Street
between Madison and Fifth Avenues. Not
only is this park one of the best parks in
New York City but is listed as one of the best
in the world. This park was originally
designed by William S. Paley who is a former
Chairman of CBS. One of the main
attractions, which is depicted in the top left
hand corner, is a large waterfall that
successfully drowns out the noise of the
bustling city surrounding it. This park also
has tables and chairs for guests to sit and
relax. One feature that is very unique
to this park is the 12ft tall section of the
Berlin Wall. As one can see this park is not
only small and functional but it also
provides a very peaceful and suitable place
for residents and workers to relax.
