AERIAL PERSPECTIVE OF PROSPECTIVE SITE/SITE ANALYSIS - This image shows an aerial perspective of the site for the proposed park on the intersection of Holly and Simmons. There are two radio towers on the site and a variety of small shrubs and bushes. There are two trees on the site. It is set in the middle of a suburban, residential neighborhood that features elementary schools, shops, and services, but no parks immediately near it. The nearest parks, the Huntridge Circle Park and the Justice Myron E. Leavitt and Jaycee Community Park, are 15 minutes away in opposite directions. (Source: Clark County GIS)
