This is an example of the sustainable water fountain that would accommodate my brainstorming. There would only be a thin layer of water flowing through it, but that's only to account for the continuous amounts of heat that Las Vegas receives during the summer. The storage system would be underneath the fountain that would pump water up to the fountain based on the amount already within the fountain. Also, like I mentioned before hand, the fountain would obtain it's source of water through a collection system below the river of rocks because water flows easily through a layer of broken up rocks.
