In a climate where sunlight is abundant, creating a hideaway, which protected visitors from the sun rays was essential. Here, a patio area can be seen to create an indoor and outdoor space with seating areas in each.

Great idea for shading. The building will allow for people to gain shade from the sun and will also allow for socialization to occur. I just have one question... Are those shipping containers? (I'm not saying that's a bad thing, just curious...)

Very efficient way to provide shade and inexpensive materials for visitors to enjoy at the park. Although it does provide shading for people, but would it be enough to cool down the hot Las Vegas weather? I would consider maybe have some openings for wind to ventilate through the structure.
