In Las Vegas, the prevailing wind pattern is that the wind comes from the south-southwest 28.3% of the time, with the wind going north or northeast.
The sun rises at 5:32 AM and sets at 7:41 PM, with it rising in the east and setting in the west, and assuming that people who work in the proximity, more vegetation and/or shade structures will be needed to accommodate to the people’s needs. The lot is stationed in Downtown Las Vegas, mostly in the northern part of Las Vegas. With the site being stationed at the ‘corner’ of a street, foot traffic flow should be excellent, but simultaneously, the street would be busy with car traffic, meaning probably congestion in the area. There is public transit accessibility in the surrounding area, meaning even those who have to use public transit could easily go to the site.
