Something that I find very important in parks is playgrounds. A playground, no matter the size greatly impacts the fun atmosphere in a park, and in a way connects everything together. Playgrounds are always full of kids and it is in an essence the attraction that pulls in crowds. I feel that by adding a playground, my pocket park will actually get the whole community involved.
