Several past designs, architects and their styles assisted in shaping the identity of the proposed pocket park. Each helped to create character and uniqueness in the design, while not compensating for usability. I also looked at aspects in the botanical gardens and landscaping for the aesthetics of my design regarding the relationship between the planting and the structures.
