Access to the park from already established walkways was essential. One of the major purposes of a pocket park is to create a functional space in an area that's unused. For my park, I sought for pedestrians to be able to reach the park from the sidewalk in multiple areas, so rather than fencing the park in, Blanket Flower Park remained open since it's meant for the public. There is one main entrance from the corner, and another from the side near the container shelter.
