Very interesting concept, though I think it would be appropriate to give a little more information as to what material the shading structure would be made out.

The structure looks very nice but there is room for improvement. Maybe try expanding it a little bit? Make it so the shade reaches the little cobblestone perimeter things.

This would be really cool, but it may not last in the Las Vegas heat, unless you plan on having a park that uses a fair amount of water

I think the idea of a garden is pretty cool, but I don't think you included this on your plan in the develop solutions section, so I'm curious as to where it would go. I'm also a bit disappointed that most of your renderings were of the shade structure. I would have been interested in some renderings showing the other things in your park such as the water fountain, playground, or rock stream.

How will the garden be separated from the general public park? The garden uses should have some sense of security that their plants will not be toyed with or tampered with.

From the lighting the shade structure doesn't seem to cover the entire seating area making unlikely to use during summer time.

The shade structure needs a clear runoff otherwise the shade structure would flood and deteriorate

The shade structure is a good artistic addition to the park and will attract many people, however, you need to make sure that the structure is stable and creates runoff from the rain.
