Nice work! You did quality research and met the ideas of your audience! I encourage you push your ideas outside the box and test out different options in the Brainstorm and develop solutions steps. You might come back to the first idea, but it's important to experiment. Well done!

You could consider inviting local artists to submit designs! Programming park spaces adds a whole other community-driven aspect.

Its good to focus on key components of the park to attract the people walking by. The artistic walls can help feel not to confined in the park.

I feel that instead of having the four eating areas in the same place, having them in four different spaces would add to privacy for different groups of people. It would also lead visitors to explore the pocket park rather than staying at the very front.

The seating areas would be a nice place to have lunch. The color choices fit the desert well. About the trees you used, would they be a good fit for the Las Vegas area, as it is a desert and dry place. In addtion, what plans did you have for the fountain? Where would the water come from and what's the overall basis and point of having the fountain?

The park is simple and nice labels would be helpful but it is fine the way it is. The design looks very family friendly and is meets the objective you were going for. The park is an overall success in terms of it family friendly, meeting the local areas needs, and provides very good shading which is much need in the summer time. Good Job!

Maybe you should label some areas of the park, as it could be easier for others to understand what you are trying to display here.
