Overall, I think you've done a nice job and your intentions are right. You just need to refine your approach to articulating your ideas.

Nice rendering, but what am I looking at exactly? Call-outs/labels would be incredibly helpful here. I understand that the oval is the track, but what are the other rooms and how do they relate?

This kind of information will make it easier for people to understand and evaluate your ideas.

Great plan view of the gymnasium. I like the detail in the rendering and elevation call-out is a nice touch. Would be helpful to label the added spaces. Not sure what I'm looking at.

Great job implementing bubble diagrams. These can be very helpful in determining the relationships between spaces, evaluating user needs, flow, etc.

It would be great to understand how this would impact the physical structure vs. the equipment inside. I'm not sure I understand what it is you're trying to solve for at this point. Lots of good suggestion of what to add and/or where to move things, but not necessarily solving a design problem.

Overall, you did a great job of photo cataloguing the interior of the gym. Loved the descriptions as well. Really gave me a good sense of what I was looking at. Would be helpful to provide further context about the building in which this space exists and how it relates to adjacent spaces.
