Not enough people in the Renderings.

Very nice Renderings with descriptions. The Floor Plans and Elevations are well done also. Not much information regarding its location on the Curie Campus. The school building is very porly done.

Since you did a great job in breaking up the pavement in the courtyard, maybe you can break it up somehow around the cafe. Maybe you can put a grass terrace every so often or slots of grass with plants so that the stormwater runoff (rain) can land on the vegetated areas.

I like your design in soft and hard surfaces options for the students. It is a good idea to put areas where you can sit and stand on grass. The green spaces definitely defines space and scales the pavement down to human scale so it isn't overwhelming.

This courtyard definitely knows it way up to something. This will look really good in a university hall. - Dennis Wong YOR Health
