First and foremost I absolutely adore the ocean view in the background, who knew their is an ocean in Las Vegas! Also what is SSE? I am terribly unable to comprehend the true meaning behind this acronym.

I see you have other rendered views, but I feel it would have been beneficial to have a rendered aerial view. Just so you could get a view of the detail from that angle as well.

Which side of the park are the basketball courts going? I'd recommend keeping them away from the law offices if possible to reduce noise and disturbance to the people working in the neighborhood.
