Notice the organic, twisting design to these pathways. This is almost always a preferable way for people to walk leisurely than straight pathways. More interesting and inviting.

I enjoyed your collect info stage and sketches in the brainstorm ideas stage. How could the age distribution of the area influence what you design in the park?

The sketches had a very painterly quality, and seemed to suggest a more organic approach than the final design. Maybe the pavilion could have a more natural shape? The pathways are a bit rigid.

Very nice elevation, but include more views. Plans, renderings, models.

Nice drawings for laying things out. Its often helpful to use fat markers and colors in the initial planning stages to keep your ideas loose and artistic.

Is this drawing to scale? This would be the best way to test fit a restroom, playground, pavilion.

Overall, the process of the design was effectively narrated in the overview. The process of collecting information and sketching really gave a good view of the park. The designer could of added more views of the park itself, other wise the rending was good.

The design is simple because it works. But, to take in the entire park you should include more views than just a street elevation if you want to show off your entire park.

The concentration of picnic tables in the middle of the park seems a little to much for me. I suggest you spread them out throughout the park a bit.

What forms of shade will you integrate, because of the harsh heat that you get during the summer time? Will the playground be exposed to the sun?
