A bus shelter should provide for the following elements: Accessibility, Information, Comfort and Convenience, and Visibility. It should be accessible in that the shelter should not obstruct people from entering the bus. The information at or near the bus shelter can have the time, route, and location. The seats should be comfortable enough that people want to actually sit there and convenient enough that a majority of people in the area can find it with ease. Also, the color of the bus is important because it allows for commuters to see it.
