We believe that the Cons' for placing the pocket park in this location would be that it is a very busy street and we wouldn't want no child to try to run after a ball and get ran over. So our plan is to put speed limits on the street as well as speed bumps and a small fence around the park for the security,safety, and protection of not just only kids, but also for the rest of the community.
