2012 national competition project #023 | cafeteria redesign

Summary

I collected information by having students in many of my classes complete a survey asking certain questions about the existing cafeteria and what they thought about it. I also was able to talk to the kitchen staff and the maintenance staff so i could understand what was needed in the kitchen and how cleaning the cafeteria could be easier. The information from all the students, kitchen and maintenance staff was very helpful. I found that most students like to eat their lunch in the booths, the kitchen staff has enough room to work they just need all of their machinery organized better, and the maintenance staff thought that cleaning was easy but they wish that all of the tables including the booths were mobile.
