-Sketches: Minimum number of sketches to be determined.
-Google Sketchup: Current locker at Manual, new locker design, inside, outside, three views......

Hmmm.... we haven't had this problem with SketchUp views before. Are you exporting JPG views straight from the SketchUp model itself? They should be a reasonable size for uploading. Or are you using another method?
Here's what we can recommend...
a) In Google SketchUp, go to 'File' > 'Export' > '2D graphic'
b) From this drop down list, change the export type to JPG
c) Save as a JPG file and upload to your design project
