I like your concept of triumph and how you link it back to your school's success; however, I would consider introducing that concept in your overview as well so that the view knows which direction you are going and can see how that research and brainstorming ideas were directed to fulfill your concept.

This is a nice exploration of the circulation throughout the spaces. You might want to think about the adjacency between the locker room and the trainer room. Think about how the students use that space and which students would need access to it. Many times injured students need the most access to that room so think about how far you really want them to travel to get there. Also, athletes from all disciplines will be utilizing this space. Common areas should be more centrally located like your locker rooms.

I would also label the "changing rooms" as "locker rooms" to keep in line with the competition vocabulary.

Great job with the survey! It was very thorough and you can tell you put a lot of time into it. Also, it would be a good idea to spell out your school's name; not just putting "THS." It is better to be more formal for a competition.

This is a great video! It gives your audience a clear understanding of the current athletic facilities at your school.

The mid-critique was a great way to collect feedback from people who could potentially directly benefit from this project! Could you please share a specific comment that a member from the audience made?

I like the progress so far! The overhangs are intriguing! Are they going to cantilever like that or are they going to have structural support from the wall or floor? Have you done a sun study of this scheme? Just curious if that main space will filter daylight pretty far into the space. What direction is the glazing facing? Watch out for glare, it is very undesirable.

I aimed to create my design centered around the changing rooms, yes unusual how ever this is ideal. Beyond the lobby space which has spectators going directly to view a basketball game or a swim meet, the changing rooms act as a center of all activity within a athletic pavilion. With athletics and the general student body going in and out to get to whichever space they are going to be using that day.

It is great that you are exploring through modeling. I would consider using your word, 'triumph' in a scenario or creating goals for your design using the word. It may help you narrow down what you need as well as a concept. For instance, 'Tenafly High school triumphs in basketball through great coaching and practice.' You can use this sentence in architecture to emphasize and create an amazing basketball court and program and then design the other spaces around the statement. What does 'triumph' look like in architecture?
