I like that you've chosen to re-use existing space; it's a great way to get a project built in a less expensive manner (usually) than having to build an entire new structure. But it would have been nice to see a little more explanation of your thoughts. For example, you state that the survey indicated that people want a cafe attached; why did you choose to exclude that from your final design? Also, how would the school feel about people from the community (i.e. non-teachers or students) coming into the classroom buildings during the day? Overall, though, it looks like a great use of the space.
