Summary

Of all the steps an architect can take while in preparation for a building project such as this, researching is essential to overall final outcome. It gives the architect an idea of what he or she will face as well as the reality of what they can do with their inspired ideas. For my research, I looking into various athletic pavilions around the world that attended to A-TECH's needs and looked at how the architects approached the various problems and needs of the individuals in their own communities. I also looked up designs for other commercial buildings while looking around on sites like Pintrest or Google images in order to spark my imagination. By doing this, I was able to find inspiration and ideas in the both the design and layout of my own building.
