Summary

The home will be designed to house a married couple, bother age 35. They will share their bedroom as well as a bathroom. The couple wants minimal open space connecting each room, for maximum privacy. The site for the container house needs a relatively flat section of land for the home to sit flat. Plumbing, electricity, heavy insulation for the hot climate, and electricity will be needed as well. Air conditioning will be helpful to have a good flow of air through the space. Arizona can have a very hot and cold climate so the heating/cooling/insulation will need to be strong. Outdoor space does not need to be used for anything in particular due to the fact that the couple does not plan on having children.
