Summary

-The current space capacity is 99 students and this is determined by the fire department by safety standards.
-The current space is used for tutoring, meetings, research, reading, and an advising period.
-Some current limitations of the space is that none of the furniture moves making it hard to form larger groups for projects. -The space is also inhibited by the bookshelves that nobody uses.
-The current space is not public and is therefore not available to the community.
-Our client informed us they would like more space that can be occupied. Less free wall bookcases.
-New blinds would be desirable
-Currently only furniture are plastic chairs. Preferably to be replaced with cushioned seats/straight backed chairs
