Summary
The front of the room has been slightly changed into a reception area for the cosmetology teacher with a reception desk and shelves to display hair, skin and nail products that students use in this course .
We combined the office space and most of the fire escape room together to make a separate and private space for learning how to give massages as well as manicures and pedicures. This room will consist of a massage bed, manicure stations, pedicure chairs, and cupboards for equipment that is needed.
The stations have been divided separately so that the work space is more efficient and more modern. These stations will have their own mirrors and cupboards just like any salon would have. This allows students to have their own work space for learning new techniques and for future clients. Cupboards have also been added at the corners of the room for equipment such as irons, blow dryers, scissors, and electric clippers. In the middle of the room we added washing stations on one side of a mirror and dying stations on the other with cupboards on the bottom and the top.
