Interview with Ms. L:

> What changes would you make to this room?
- Change the flooring to something other than carpeting since it gets dirty easily and smells.
- Change the wall covering--the old soundproofing is no longer efficient at blocking sound and it is beginning to chip and stain from the bottom.
- Insert more lighting.
- Build a stage at one end of the room with curtains--the blocks are not sturdy enough and chipping.
- Remove the door that leads to the dance room.
- Add a smart board.
- Include a small change room area.
- More organized storage.

> How much storage is needed?
- The current furniture and walk-in rooms used for storage are enough to hold the materials, costume, and teacher supplies.
- Bigger props and costumes are placed on stage in the cafeteria.

> Any things that you would like to keep in the room?
- Keep the masks and artwork placed around the room.
- Keep the lights at the front of the room.

> Is there any need for technology in the class?
- Needed for research, script-writing, dramatic effect, and demonstrations.
- Would prefer to have access to some computers.
- Would prefer some microphones.
