Private Study rooms- I included a few private study rooms to allow students to study in small groups among their friends. It is basically a mini student driven class rooms that allows students whom have the same subject weakness to study together without interference.

I am an architect in Indianapolis, Indiana- good as an idea- but you're a high school student, you probably know that these rooms could easily start being abused for other things besides studying :)
The private study rooms are a great idea for small-group study (which have the potential to be noisy). I would suggest adding whiteboards, blackboards, or a Smartboard to facilitate group interaction and discussion, as well as more a more businesslike seating arrangement (i.e. desk chairs and a full-size table in lieu of sofas and a coffee table).
