You have collected a great variety of information was via research online, in person interviews, and photos of existing library. I am curious how many people did you interview? Including a summary of your findings would be useful. Also, including a floor plan of your existing library would also be good to do at this phase. The ideas listed here, probably belong more in brainstorming, but is great to see you organizing your ideas.
You were able to collect a wide range of information in your research stage. However, your research should also form the basis of your design statement and be inegrated into the design process. Did you consider adding more drawings and photographs of other precedent projects?
