It is great to see you utilizing computer modeling to illustrate what the new spaces would look like. This last one is the clearest. I am a little confused the relationship or position of the other areas to this main space. A floor plan could help clarify. Also, zooming into the model so that we have a perspective view as if we were in the space can be more dynamic than the angles you have chose here, which are good for letting us see the overall space being rendered.
