This is just a plain old work area. It is located right next to the lab stations and is designated for students that need a place that is quiet and large enough to get there work done adequately.

Think about adding space division between the workstations in the form of screens so the students can focus on their own work. This is also a good opportunity to add color. Example, http://www.steelcase.com/en/products/category/screens/worksurface/privac...
Also think about the comfort of the chairs in relation to how long the students will be sitting in them and the activities they will be doing.
