It doesnt look like there is alot of room for operating in the kitchen.
If you think yours is out of date and not much space then you need to look at mine.

The work triangle looks very large from the photos you have provided. These nice stainless steel appliances add a nice ZING to the space. Those clean floors look very well groomed. I fail to see the problem here!
