This matrix looks fantastic. One area not addressed, however, is the percentage of space that will need to be dedicated to circulation. That is to say, how much space will need to be set aside for 200 students to move about this space? Given this is a public area, ADA considerations will need to be applied, so let's re-figure the percentages and include circulation. I want you to leave this existing matrix and post a revised version. Be sure to highlight the revised text in red and include a date for the revision.

This is great! I haven't seen this in any of the other projects! It would be great to know how you incorporated things like privacy needs into your final design. Great job!
