I really like the idea behind your second level. Juxtaposing outdoor and indoor lounges will provide great options. Adding concessions to these areas also provides entertainment. However, I believe that you should use some of the space for more athletic facilities - just a thought.

Excellent bubble diagrams! If you think you know your program pretty well, I would start drawing in scale to help move things more efficiently and to know what you are dealing with as far as scale and proportions because I know I have made this mistake a few times.
