The picture above is my first bubble diagram. Creating this allowed me to develop a better sense of organization of fluidity for my design. I aimed for a centralized structure, where the various rooms are all connected by a shared common space.

I really like the flow. I would also consider your site next because maybe a fitness room and yoga studio would want to look towards a good view as well as the health classrooms. Locker rooms, storage, and restrooms want to be in the core or anywhere along the North or West side so you have them in a great spot!
Try to image yourself using the spaces to confirm the circulation and adjacency.
