This is one of our locker rooms. As you can see, not only are the lockers and benches dated, but it is a very cramped setup and there is not nearly enough space for athletes to get ready. What you cannot see is that the floor has terrible drainage, so the tile is constantly wet, there are only 2 or 3 working toilets in any locker room, and the showers are either poorly functioning or not functioning at all. The one positive that I gather from the existing locker room design is that the coaches office overlooks the locker room from its location between the locker room and one of the athletic hallways; this allows for the coaches to be close enough to the athletes to communicate with them and supervise them.
