The east and west streets, Fort Greene Pl and South Elliot Pl, respectively, are not busy, although the streets they intersect North and south of the school are. The expansion location of the gym will be right in the middle of the block, with access only from Fort Greene to its west. The sun is overhead for most of the day, not shadowed by the neighboring two-story brownstone at any time.
