This is the current floor plan for my school's gym. Neither locker room has even close to enough lockers for each student to have their own. Only one side of the gym fits bleachers and the gym itself is hardly used for sports. Meanwhile, the weight room was badly designed entirely. Glass blocks cover an entire side of the wall heating up the room and making it stuffy and with only one doorway and poor ventilation it's often smelly too.
