The final design is nicely rendered. In order to prove the design solution was realized, I would suggest that the images be chosen to address the various strong ideas previously suggested. All in all a nice project.
You've done a nice job focusing on the usable space of the building. The renderings are well developed. I didn't get a sense for how you're observations translated into a design solution however. I think if you went back and codified your thinking, the points you highlighted in the set-up would better inform the final design. A good effort overall, but opportunity to tighten.
