This is my decided upon new layout for the site plan. Anything in red are buildings that are staying (i.e. the School building and the air conditioning unit). This image shows the basic placement of all my included ideas and how they fit together. In my mind, this was the best possible layout for what I was working with. It's simple, but it's also functional.
