Consider uploading images (JPG, GIF) of your rough digital model. It's ok if your model is still a work in progress. Show an axonometric or perspective view with people, which will help others understand the scale of your library.

A very logical process was used to develop the design. It would be nice to see a more well rounded approach to the presentation of the ideas. Something more consistent with the previous stages.
I agree with the above. I'm missing the evaluation of the actual athletic facilities and how the amenities you've highlighted related to them. I'm also hoping to see how your choice of color and windows gets applied in the final design.
