In this design I like the roof that hangs over a balcony there. I have stuggled with the strong sun as well as rain and snow in the balcony I think it help out a lot when it comes to keeping it clean. I like how there is so much wood in the house, it is a very big contrast between the houses that you usually see in my neighborhood and houses that give it a rustic feel.
