The image above are the dimensions of the first and second floor. As you can see I also annotated the house. The first floor measurements is 40' - 8 1/16"x 16' - 8" and the second floor measurements is 40' - 8" but adding the back porch would be another 19' - 11" added to the length of the house by 16' - 8"
