The site that I have chosen is surround by Local Law firms and offices. This is the perfect are for a more adult focused park, where people can sit down, relax, and eat there lunch. The site Has some greenery already in the site itself, though three of the trees will be pulled out because they do look sick and most of the dead bushes will be taken out for the fact that new lively ones will take there place. There are Two tall pine trees on the south side of the Site that will serve as a grand Entrance to the Nature Corridor of the park that I plan on creating, while the city has recently updated the sidewalks on the corner of the street. The update will serve as a general entrance to the park that will be separated from the Nature Corridor. The site will work better in the downtown area if the park is more urbanized than full of the lush green sitting area up front.
