These are some of the first sketches that I drew to go along with the park. The first sketch I drew was a possible entrance into the park and is complete with a 5 foot wall and brick pathway leading into the park. I also drew some sketches of possible lighting fixtures and even the layout of a game called corn hole. I had an idea of having a raised park and garden on the site which is depicted on the right side of the page. Above that I have a photo of a bench that can also be used as a bike rack. I see this as being a very creative and useful design within the park. These are some of the first sketches and designs that I came up with to go into my pocket park.
