For the Modern Park area i do not wish to cut back on the already limited space that there is to put in a restroom. I also wish to increasing the view from the park. To do this I plan on creating restrooms in the center of he running track and on top of these restrooms I will put in a sitting area with a cover for shade. This will get visitors of the floor above the buildings in the area since most are single story homes. Giving them a view of all the casinos while still being away from the area.
