This is the aerial perspective of the street and the surrounding businesses and residential homes. There is a high school (Las Vegas Academy of the Arts) while most businesses are law firms in the area. In this picture from google earth (street view), it shows the overall topography of the site while showing the few problems that may occur. 1) There is a residence right behind area where the park shall be and may become a problem when considering the design. We will need to develop a better dividing line 2) As seen in the photo the topography is relatively flat. We will need to add more volume to the area to give it more dimensions 3) The trees that developed in the area have grown tremendously, while some have not much left in their life cycle. The trees will have to be removed due to the fact that it may hinder the prospective.
