Recently, a professional landscape architect came to our classroom and spoke to us about the importance of plant-life in parks. Having a park in a desert doesn't mean abandoning all plant-life, it just means choosing the right plants. Done right, the plants could add to the aesthetic value of the park greatly. This is an example of good usage of good plants.
