The encircled area is currently designated for a pocket park, but the park does not have any plan except grass land. The white building behind the pocket park is designated for a coffee shop, but the current design of the building is basic. I decided to redesign the pocket park and the coffee shop in order to provide creative energy uniqueness to the new downtown. Commercial buildings, such as retail shops or restraunts, are surrounding the park, and the road around the park lets people to easily access the park by walking or driving.
