For the Deck that i have envisioned the covering will keep the average person from the sun and weather that threatens the park. This park of the park is the more inclusive of the two parts. This building, the jogging track, and the people helping it out this park will go far. The deck ara has enough seating for a party. The running track will bring the community together by bring in the athlete who wish to get in shape. The Two grass patches will be there for the kids to play on while there parents watch over them.

I enjoy the general layout of the park, especially the deck. It's a fantastic idea to get an overview of the surrounding area, and is a place to relax and get fresh air as well. In addition, one can go inside if the weather gets to be too much. Great job!

I like the concept of this park. It is very spacious and allows for many people to gather around the open field of grass or the top deck of your structure. One thing I would like to see is the interior of this structure, by including that we could all see how this structure adds more to the park besides the deck it offers on its roof.

The deck idea and concept of the park is interesting, but should lower the roof height and add more shade around the track. Also should have defined what the building structure is.

I really like your idea of "New Vegas". The upper deck is definitely an interesting and great touch to the park because you do not normally see this in parks. The abundant amount of vegetation in the park is also a great touch! Overall, amazing looking park!
