this is a sketch of how i want the courtyard to look like. it will have a water fountain in the middle then it will have plants around it. there will be grass all over but there are also going to be cement in some places so that people can walk around.

Are there places to sit? That's the one thing the existing design has, and it seems like people use that sometimes. How are you encouraging people to stay and enjoy the park instead of just passing through?
